Adult Martial Arts
Hapkido | Self-Defence
Adult Martial Arts has its foundation in traditional Korean Hapkido, including kicks, strikes, locks, throws, chokes and more, with added aspects from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing.
People train with us for a variety of other benefits including:
- Learning effective self-defence
- Improving cardio fitness to strengthen the heart for increase energy
- Building strength through different conditioning, pad work and fitness exercises
- Increasing flexibility
- Relieving any stress from the day or week
- To simply have a bit of fun
Classes are suitable for men and women, teenagers to adults. They are run on a fun, interesting “no ego” basis and have a heavy focus on self-defence.
