EMA's Kickbox Fit program provides the opportunity for you to learn basic kickboxing technique and get a great cardio workout in a comfortable but challenging atmosphere. Our curriculum is designed to give you the best and most complete instruction possible, showing you not only the how, but also the why.

Classes are suitable for men and women, teenagers to adults. They are run on a fun, interesting “no ego” basis and have a heavy focus on cardio through bag work and body weight exercises.
